Workshop on Preserved Foods- Department of Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics

A hands on training programme on preparation of Jam & Jelly will be conducted by Ms. Ananya Ghoshal, Alumni of Gokhale Memorial Girls' College, Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics Department, currently owner of Anupama’s Jell Jam (a Small Scale Enterprise) on 03/02/2026 (Tuesday) at 10.30 am in CNDL2 (kitchen) for students of Department of Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics.

All the concerned students are requested to carry the requisites of the training programme as instructed earlier.
