Students' Sensitization Programme organised by the Students' Welfare Sub-committee, under the initiative of Higher Education Directorate,Government of West Bengal

A Students' Sensitization Programme on the Evils of Dowry System in our Society,titled 'Brides-Not For Sale' will be organised by the Students' Welfare Sub-committee, under the initiative of Higher Education Directorate,Government of West Bengal,on May5,2026,Tuesday ,between12 noon and 1pm in Room no.LT2&3 of our College. The programme is divided into two segments:-

1) An inter-departmental extempore competition for students on the aforementioned title .Each department will send one representative . Time limit-3 minutes(maximum) in either Bengali or English.

2) A display of posters on the same theme with one entry from each department.Posters need to be strictly hand-made in A3 size sheets of any colour. Collages, colours (any medium) can be used.

The departmental teachers are required to inform the students at their earliest and positively secure the participation from each department in both the segments.
