The Students’ Welfare Sub Committee will organize pre-puja students’ activity week from 22.09.2025 to 24.09.2025 according to the following schedule:

v  Seminar on Feminine Health & Hygiene conducted by Proctor & Gamble, Kolkata.

Date: 22.09.2025

Time: 2.15 – 3.15 pm

Venue: LT2, LT3

Note: The company will provide gift hamper for all the participants.

v  Poster Competition.

Theme: “Durga Elo”

Date: 23.09.2025

Time: 12 noon – 1.30 pm

Venue: LT 2 & LT 3

Note: All items like paper (A3 size or ½ of art paper), pen, pencil, paint or columns and all other required stationaries are to be brought by the contestants.

v  Solo Dance Competition (Rabindra Nritya/ Creative)

Date: 23.09.2025

Time: 2- 4 pm (Reporting time – 1.45 pm with make-up & costume)

Venue LT 2 & LT 3

Note: Pendrive for music for the corresponding dance is to be brought by the participants.

The contestants must come fully dressed-up at the starting time.

v  Sharad Mela: An exquisite display and sale food & handicrafts made by present and former students of the college.

Date: 24.09.2025

Time: 12-3 pm

Venue: LT 2 & LT 3.

Note- Stalls to be put up by the students from 11 am onwards. All requirements for the stall & its decoration are the be done by the participants themselves. Guests will be allowed from 12 pm. Ex-students, Guardians & friends of present students are cordially invited to the “Sharad Mela”.
