Oasis scholarship

The Oasis scholarship in West Bengal is for students from economically weaker sections of SC/ST/OBC categories who meet specific criteria. Eligibility requires being a permanent resident of West Bengal with a family income not exceeding ₹2.5 lakhs annually, securing at least 50% marks in the last qualifying exam, and pursuing full-time, recognized higher education (undergraduate or postgraduate) or class XI studies.

General eligibility requirements: -

·         Residency: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.

·         Income: The annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹2.5 lakhs.

·         Academic: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination (e.g., higher secondary, graduation).

·         Course: Must be enrolled in a full-time study program in a recognized institution for undergraduate.

·         Category: Must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Class (OBC) category and provide the relevant certificates.
