The department of Advertising, Sales Promotion and Sales Management (ASPV/VASM) of Gokhale Memorial Girls’ College, is organizing an Inter-College Photography Competition. All willing participants are asked to participate and send 1 or maximum 2 photographs on the theme 'Christmas'. The guidelines are given below. Photography Competition Guidelines

●Theme: Christmas

●Individual participation only

●Submission Guidelines

Each participant may submit 1–2 photographs.

Photographs must be original and taken by the participant only.

Editing is allowed only for basic adjustments (brightness, contrast, cropping).

Photo format: JPEG

File size: 2–10 MB

Filename format: YourName_Title.

Technical Requirements-

Photos may be taken using camera or mobile phone.

Both portrait and landscape orientations are allowed.

Minimum resolution: 1080p

No watermarks, logos, or frames.

●Description / Caption

Each photo must include:

A title

A brief caption (30–50 words) explaining the idea or moment captured.

Photos will be judged on:

Relevance to Theme – how well it represents Christmas

Creativity & Originality

Composition & Technical Quality

Emotional Impact / Storytelling

Overall Presentation

●Prizes & Recognition

1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners

All participants receive e-certificates.

No harmful, offensive, or unsafe content.

Results to be declared by 10th January, 2026
