·        Semester-I students who wish to change their Minor subjects must mention the changes in the proforma which will provided by their respective department teachers. These changes are subject to availability of seats and the subject combinations offered by the College (and mentioned in the College website). Such students must bring their Admission Certificate.

·        No changes from AEC (Bengali/Hindi) to English will be allowed

·        No mail regarding changes of subjects will be entertained

·        A change in the Minor subject may change the course stream from BA to B.Sc. or B.Sc. to BA as stipulated in the University of Calcutta Admission Regulations. In this case, students will need to submit the difference in Fees for the change from BA to B.Sc, which will be notified later.

·        All students of Semester-I shall be required to mention the IDC subjects under IDC-I, IDC-2 and IDC-3 in the same proforma provided by the Department teachers. All subjects except the vocational subjects of ASPSM, CMEV and CND are offered as IDC subjects.

·        Students must mention their IDC subjects excluding their Major subject and their two Minor subjects.
