A workshop will be conducted by Department of Dietetics & Nutrition, NSHM Institute of Health Sciences for students of Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics of Gokhale Memorial Girls' College on 8/04/2025 at 11.30 am.
Theme: - Food Science
Topic: - Crafting Culinary Chemistry
Aim of the Workshop: - Exploring scientific principles behind cooking through hands�on experiments. The workshop combines elements of Chemistry, Biology and Physics with practical cooking skills fostering a holistic understanding of Food Science.
Venue: - LT4 & CNDL2, GMGC
All students must carry apron, Headscarf, Newspaper, Rag, Notebook, ingredients (list provided) for the event & register themselves by 06/04/2024.
