Quotation for getting certificate of Fire Safety Recommendation

Notice is invited for Quotations for “getting certificate of Fire Safety Recommendation” in  Gokhale Memorial Girls’ College, Kolkata, from certified bidders/suppliers /registered Companies / Person . The envelope must be sealed & super scribed as “Fire Safety Recommendation”. The sealed envelopes should be submitted in the Drop Box placed at the main building entrance from 14/01/2026 to 21/01/2026 between 10.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. on all working days. The bidders will be intimated in due course after opening of the quotations. For further queries may contact college.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.       Quotation including all expenses.

2.       Payment terms, Bank details and other relevant documents is to be submitted in hard copies by 21.01.2026 in the College Drop Box.

3.       The rates will be inclusive of GST etc.

4.       Payment will be made after 15 days of getting certificate.

5.       GST & ITDS will be deducted as per norms.

6.       The College reserves the rights to accept or cancel the quotation, unilaterally without assigning any reason prior to placement of orders without incurring any liability or any obligation and no correspondence from either side in that matter will be entertained.
