Railway Concession Form 

Students are asked to collect Railway Concession Form from Office-I, with an application mentioning the following details: -

1. Name, Department, Roll Number, Session, Semester
2. Date of Birth along with Birth Certificate
3. Address in details with P.O & P.S along with Pin code & contact number
4. The name of stations for which the concession is applicable. Main station being Howrah/Sealdah.
