Departments to keep the records of Anti ragging forms

All the Department are requested to keep the records of Anti ragging forms ( https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_affiliated_form.php ) of Sem-I (in soft copy) and submit a report of the same to the Anti ragging committee by 10th October 2023.
Departments are also requested to ask their students to mail their anti ragging form to their respective departmental ids after which they must give a report in the given format.
Content of the Report should be as follows:-

Sem-1
No. of students in the department
No. of students submitted soft copy
No. of students not submitted (Stating the reasons for that)
