Departments & Librarian

Departments & Librarian are requested to submit a list of materials likes scripts, instruments, books (discarded) etc to be discarded from their departments/ Library after conducting a meeting (should be duly notified) with departmental faculties. They must submit the following proforma duly filled by 10.05.22. The proforma will be available in office-2 from 08.04.22. The proforma duly filled and signed by the HOD/Librarian along with the meeting resolution must be submitted on 10.05.22 between 12 noon to 1 pm to the campus management committee members in "'s room.
