Graduates can work in Pharmaceuticals industries, Chemical Analysis and Synthesis, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Patent practice, Environmental Law, Forensic Science Lab, Plastic companies, Fertilizer producing companies, etc. B.Sc chemistry graduates can also opt for government jobs.
After completing B.Sc in chemistry, students can also go for higher studies like M.Sc or M.Tech in various subjects like Theoretical chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular chemistry, Drug chemistry, Medicinal chemistry, Analytical chemistry, Oil and Pant technology etc. After completing Masters they can also go for research or PhD.
