Theme: Freedom Fighters of India              Date : 2nd january.         Students  are asked to contact                     Smt .Aditi Chatterjee  ( Department  of Advertising  and Sales Promotion) & Smt.Monami Ghosh (Department  of Communicative English).

 

Guidelines

 

Eligibility

The competition is open to all registered participants of the institution.

 

Theme

Posters must strictly be based on Indian Freedom Fighters (e.g., Mahatma Gandhi, Subhas Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Rani Lakshmibai, Sardar Patel, etc.).

 

Both individual freedom fighters and collective movements may be depicted.

 

Poster Size

Only A3 size sheets are allowed.

 

Posters must be made Digitally only

 

Medium

Participants will fill Google form for participation and submit the printed digital poster on 6th January 2026 by hand  to the concerned teachers.

 

Originality

The poster must be original.

 

Copying from books, the internet, or other sources is strictly prohibited.

 

Text and Language

Minimal text should be used.

 

Language can be English, Hindi, or Bengali.

 

Slogans or quotes related to freedom and patriotism are encouraged.

 

Identification

The participant’s name, class/department, and roll number should be written at the back of the poster only.

 

Submission

Posters must be submitted within the given time.

 

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Creativity and originality

Visual impact and clarity

Neatness and overall presentation

Message conveyed

Disqualification

 

Any use of unfair means or violation of rules will lead to disqualification.

 

Decision of Judges
